These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of almaorb.com and the applications provided by Almaorb, Inc. ("Almaorb", "we", "us") (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Almaorb provides a voice-first AI platform and related business applications (including hospitality, ordering, meetings, learning, and messaging features). Some features are provided as demonstrations and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time.
The Service, including all software, designs, models, text, and the Almaorb and Alma names and logos, is owned by Almaorb, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process and display it to provide the Service (including sending it to the third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy).
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. Google Gemini, hosting and telephony providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may also apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Demonstration features may be inaccurate or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almaorb, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the prior 12 months (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify and hold Almaorb, Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms; we will post the new effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
