Statement

Something shifted in Miami last night.

350 builders. One room in Wynwood. Six hours. No slides, working products only.

I have been to a lot of tech events in this city. This did not feel like one of them.

For years the story about Miami was that we were good at conferences and parties. Last night 350 people sat down at 5pm with nothing and stood up at 10pm with real products.

Team ALMA walked out with $10,000 from Superteam USA.

Everybody else walked out with something that did not exist that morning.

I am going to break down how the whole night worked next week. Today I just want to say thank you.

Cursor. Quicknode. Superteam USA. OKX. The LAB Miami. Palma Labs.

And every person who gave up a Thursday night to build.

Miami has the builders.

Thank you

The people and companies who made the night happen.
